"Xiangxuemei" (Fragrant Snow Plum) marble is renowned for its pristine background interwoven with jade-like veining—in shades of pinkish-white or gray-black—that evokes the image of hardy plum blossoms braving the snow or the fluid strokes of an ink-wash landscape painting; it embodies a unique aesthetic fusion of Chinese artistic expression and Western luxury. The tabletop boasts a thickness of 36mm—two to three times that of standard sintered stone or marble surfaces. Its edges feature a meticulously rounded, polished finish that feels warm and smooth to the touch, while visually conveying a sense of substantiality and grandeur befitting a luxury residence. The table’s standout feature is its pair of robust, inverted U-shaped legs that arch gracefully to connect with one another. Given the difficulty of creating such complex, organic double-curved forms as a single piece using wood or metal, the legs are cast as a monolithic unit from fiberglass using a custom-made mold.
